1) Read the 11 Day Simplified Guide- inside is the daily protocol and suggested recipes etc.
2) Determine your goals and check into the Facebook group- fill out the questionnaire. This really helps with focusing on the program.
3) If you need more recipes and wanted to play around look through the Larger Winter Recipe Guide
4) If you want to go deeper and understand more fully- read the Winter Guide. Some people may find it overwhelming other many need to know everything! Do what is best for YOU! Don't compare yourself to others.
5) Print the easy ingredient/shopping list and begin to develop your strategy for eating over the next few days. Use this as your "yes and no" foods list!
6) skim through the Tool Kit and find an exercise that you have always wanted to try or find interesting! This will definately help you CLEAN UP YOUR LIFE as well as your eating!
